The client:

    • A leader in the publishing and assessment of educational materials, has 32,000 employees worldwide and is headquartered in London.

The need:

    • The client had implemented Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and integrations with legacy systems, including WhatsApp and RD Station. They wanted to improve these tools to further support business with consideration of different markets and systems in different countries. They also wanted to increase their market share in the education industry.

The plan:

    • K2 Managed Solutions created a Salesforce team and a DevOps team. The Salesforce team was responsible for the development of all Salesforce implementations and enhancements. It delivered a variety of different projects for the client including Sales and Service implementation and segregation in Brazil. The DevOps team was responsible for supporting all of the client’s Salesforce operations. It also worked as an Application Management Services (AMS)/minor enhancements team.
