Following our initial deployment of a Microsoft project manager, the company has entrusted K2 to assemble specialist teams to coordinate and deliver other high-profile U.S.-based projects across different areas of its business. 1. Project management of a substantial Microsoft Dynamics upgrade

  • The client was facing challenges in undertaking an important change management project to upgrade its Microsoft Dynamics ERP platform in the U.S.

  • Following our successful Microsoft upgrade, K2 was tasked with building a new team of three project managers – one supporting digital technology and the others collaborating directly with the business.
  • They are now supervising a complex multi-year program, migrating from a legacy system to an advanced platform to help the client forecast sales demand and streamline inventory management.

3. Delivering a new manufacturing execution system

  • One of the client’s Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) wasn’t tracking production processes as effectively as it required.
  • K2 deployed two experienced project managers to support the implementation and optimization of a new MES software application aimed at enhancing manufacturing decision-making and output.
  • Once again, we demonstrated our capability to collaborate with both internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure the timely delivery of a sophisticated, business-critical project.
