The client:
- A Brazilian organization that provides customized digital solutions for both businesses and people. It offers three service lines – IT Services, Cloud Solutions and Digital Business.
The need:
- The client had a team of consultants to manage its SAP Application Management System (AMS), which had been implemented to meet the needs of several Brazilian customers.
- The AMS team supported the client’s customers but needed help in delivering all customer service requests because of gaps in technical skills and availability.
The plan:
- K2 created a squad of senior SAP consultants as a shadow team for the client’s SAP AMS team.
- Our team works approximately 900 hours per month, on-demand. They offer key support when the client’s team does not have the capacity to support their customers.
- K2’s team also helps with client enhancement projects, developing new functionalities and custom-designed solutions together with the client’s team.
The result:
- The partnership has improved the quality of delivery to end customers in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
- The number of projects assigned to K2 increased on a monthly basis and more consultants were added to the K2 team to support the client.
- Thanks to K2’s support, the client is delivering quality solutions for their customers at a much faster rate.
